Mad dash spectator!

A spectator has been arrested after running across the track in to the Ferrari garage during second practice for the Chinese Grand Prix.

Having scaled a security fence standing at more than 10 feet tall, the spectator ran across the pit straight with Nico Hulkenberg's Force India having already exited the final corner. The fan then threw himself over the pit wall, before running across the active pit lane in to the Ferrari garage.

Once inside the garage, the spectator said he wanted to try out one of the cars, but was quickly apprehended by security and then arrested outside of the paddock.

Hulkenberg himself said he could clearly see the man crossing the track but told F1i "it wasn't that spectacular" from inside the car before insisting he has no concerns over security at the track following the incident.
