Haas boss Guenther Steiner says that both Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen will use Brembo brakes in next weekend's Belgian GP.

The US outfit's brake problems extend far back into the 2016 season and have been principally felt Grosjean, while team mate Magnussen hasn't reported any major issues on his VF17 since joining the team.

In a bid to solve its issues, Haas trialed on several instances braking components from rival supplier Carbon Industrie. But Grosjean has ultimately favoured the Brembo product.

"At Spa we will be running Brembos to start off with and then we will see," indicated Steiner.

"The plan at the moment is to run Brembos."

The team is also still working on further technical upgrades to the VF-17 which will likely appear later in the seaosn. However, the team's main focus has now switched to its 2018 design.

"We are still working through the data we gained from our last wind tunnel test," he said.

"[We will] see if we bring another package for Japan or when we go to the United States.

"It looks more like we may bring some more updates for the US Grand Prix."
