Video: Inside the Monaco FIA driver's briefing!

Formula1.com just posted  footage of the F1 driver's briefing at Monaco which provides interesting insight into the usually very confidential meeting.

FIA race director Charlie Whiting - the head-master - runs through specific 'need to know' procedures with his pupils, and then queries the drivers about any issues they may be concerned about.

Interestingly, Max Verstappen brings up the problem of the high kerb located on the inside of the Swimming Pool complex, which many drivers criticised and considered a risk.

But Whiting puts the problem to rest by explaining that the kerb is exactly the same as it was a year ago!

The video is another compelling example of how F1 is bringing fans closer to the sport.

Let's hope we get more of these in the future!
