The Swiss don’t have much history with the famous oval either. Free of his Ferrari contract and racing with F1 minnows Ensign in 1977, “Rega” did a one-off in this fine looking McLaren-Offenhauser. But there would be no fond memories of his time in the Hoosier state. Starting from the 10th of 11 rows, his car went no further than 25 laps.
