Not quite China yet...

AYRIn the past century, motor racing in China was completely absent, with the exception of the prestigious Macao Grand Prix held in the former Portuguese colony. In 1983, the race was held as a F3 event and saw the triumph of a young hopeful by the name of Ayrton Senna driving a "Theodore Racing" Ralt, entered by local tycoon and racing enthusiast Teddy Yip.
