IndyCar veterans test new road-course kit

We thought IndyCar's new superspeedway car looked gorgeous but the road-course version is just as beautiful.

Juan Pablo Montoya and Oriol Servia just put the 2018 car through its first paces at Mid-Ohio.

Compared to F1's convoluted and complex aero forms, the new Dallara's universal kit which will be used on short ovals and street tracks boast absolute simplicity.

The bulk of the car's downforce will be generated from underneath the car, reducing therefore the need for complex elements on the top-surface of the car, and decreasing turbulence in the process, making it easier for cars to follow and overtake.

Wow! Sounds like a perfect remedy and recipe for F1!
